Refund Policy
At Altus Tech Style, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
